SHIPPING POLICY

Original artworks by CLAW are one-of-one physical works and are packed individually for safe transport.

Packing and Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for an original artwork to be carefully packed and prepared for shipment.

Larger, sculptural, or unusually shaped works may require additional preparation. If additional time is required, the collector will be contacted before shipment.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping cost is calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and required protection for the artwork.

Original artworks are shipped with tracking, full insurance for the purchase price, and signature required on delivery.

Tracking information will be provided when the artwork ships.

International Shipping

International shipping is available by inquiry.

Additional shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on the destination and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing before purchase.

Damage in Transit

If an artwork arrives damaged, retain the artwork and all original packaging and contact SonOfClawDraws@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include photographs of the artwork, exterior packaging, interior packaging, and any visible damage.

Do not discard the packaging or return the artwork before receiving instructions. This documentation may be required for the shipping insurance claim.

Certificate of Authenticity

Each original artwork includes its Certificate of Authenticity and permanent CLAW catalog number.
