Son of CLAW Draws — Refund Policy

Original artwork purchases include a 7-day inspection period beginning on the date of confirmed delivery.

Returns To request a return, contact Son of CLAW Draws at SonOfClawDraws@gmail.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The artwork must be in the same condition in which it was received, unaltered and undamaged after delivery.
  • The artwork must be returned in its original protective packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for arranging insured, trackable return shipping and must ship the work only after receiving return instructions.
  • The Certificate of Authenticity and permanent CLAW catalog number must be returned with the artwork.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned artwork is received and inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.

Shipping Costs Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the artwork arrived damaged or materially different from its listing.

Custom, Commissioned, and Personalized WorkCustom, commissioned, altered, or personalized artwork is final sale unless the work arrived damaged in transit. No returns or exchanges are accepted on these works for any other reason.

One-of-One Works Because each piece is a unique original, exchanges for an identical replacement are not possible. If a return is approved, the artwork will become available again only after it has been received and inspected.

Damage in Transit Artwork is carefully packed and shipped fully insured for the purchase price. If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Preserve the artwork and all original packaging — do not discard any materials.
  • Contact Son of CLAW Draws at SonOfClawDraws@gmail.com as soon as possible with photographs of the artwork, packaging, and visible damage.
  • Do not return damaged artwork before receiving instructions, as the shipment may require an insurance claim.

Damage caused after delivery is not eligible for return.
